Home for the Holidays Vendor Application

The 2021 Flatwoods Home for the Holidays is powered by the Flatwoods Parks and Recreation Board, will be held outdoors at Flatwoods City Park December 4, 2:00-6:30. The market is FREE and open to the public. All interested parties should read through the following rules & regulations and complete the vendor application for consideration.

All are welcome to apply. Completed vendor applications must be received by October 3, 2021 for consideration.

Spaces are free but limited to (1) booth space per vendor. A second can be provided upon approved special request.

Accepted vendors must be in the park and set up no later than 12:30. And must stay until after the Lantern Launch which will begin at 6:00.

The display of merchandise intended for sale will be the responsibility of the vendor.

If electricity is needed please make note due to limited availability. Vendors must provide their own outdoor extension cord. If any electrical use is deemed unsafe by our Facilities & Grounds staff upon inspection, vendors may be asked to immediately remove items from the power source for their own safety and that of our guests.
